What to Expect: Deep Trance Healing

 

What is Deep Trance Healing? Deep trance healing is a powerful, spirit-led healing modality where I guide you into a deeply relaxed, meditative state. In this space, we work with your higher self and spiritual guides to clear energetic blocks, heal emotional wounds, and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit. It's a process of tuning into the energetic field to receive healing directly from higher realms of consciousness.

 

What Happens During a Session?

  1. Preparation & Intention Setting: We begin by discussing any areas of your life where you feel stuck or in need of healing. We'll set a clear intention for the session, whether it's healing a specific emotional wound, releasing old patterns, or simply gaining clarity.

  2. Entering the Trance State: I will guide you through a relaxation process, allowing your mind and body to enter a peaceful, trance-like state. You remain conscious and aware but are in a deeply relaxed and receptive state, similar to meditation.

  3. Receiving Healing: Once in trance, I will connect with your spiritual guides and higher self to channel healing energy. You may feel sensations of warmth, tingling, or deep calmness. Some clients receive visual or emotional impressions, while others simply feel a sense of peace.

  4. Closing the Session: After the healing is complete, I gently bring you back to full awareness. We’ll take time to discuss any insights or feelings that arose during the session.

 

How to Prepare:

  • Come with an open heart and mind. You don’t need to "do" anything specific, just be receptive to the experience.

  • Wear comfortable clothing and ensure you are in a space where you can relax fully.

  • Hydrate well before and after the session, as energy work can sometimes release old energy, which your body processes afterward.

 

What to Expect: Past Life Regression

 

What is Past Life Regression? Past life regression is a therapeutic process where we explore memories and experiences from your past lives. This can help uncover the origins of present-day challenges, emotional wounds, or patterns that no longer serve you. By accessing these memories, we can release the energetic hold they have over your present life, allowing for healing and transformation.

 

What Happens During a Session?

  1. Setting the Intention: We begin with a conversation about your reasons for wanting to explore past lives. This could be a persistent feeling, a repeating life pattern, or a curiosity about connections to past experiences.

  2. Guided Relaxation: I will guide you into a deeply relaxed state, similar to meditation or light hypnosis. This state allows your subconscious mind to open, giving you access to past life memories.

  3. Exploring a Past Life: While in this relaxed state, I will ask gentle questions to guide you through a past life. You may experience this life through vivid images, emotions, or sensations, while I help you explore the key events and emotions of that life.

  4. Healing & Closure: Once we've gathered insights from the past life, we will work on releasing any emotional or energetic ties to that life. You may feel a sense of closure, healing, or deeper understanding of your current self.

  5. Debrief: After bringing you back to full awareness, we’ll discuss what you experienced and how it relates to your current life. This reflection helps you integrate the lessons and healing from the session.

 

How to Prepare:

  • Approach the session with curiosity and trust in the process. Even if you're skeptical or unsure, just being open to what arises will help.

  • There’s no need to have a specific past life in mind; the right one for your current healing will emerge naturally.

  • Wear comfortable clothing and be in a quiet, safe space where you can fully relax.

  • Be sure to hydrate well before and after the session to help integrate the experience.

 

Additional Tips for Newcomers

  • No Experience Needed: You don’t need any prior experience with meditation, hypnosis, or energy work. I will guide you step by step.

  • Personal Pace: Every person’s experience is different. Some clients may have vivid visions or emotions, while others may have subtle impressions. All experiences are valid, and each session offers what you are ready to receive.

  • Safe & Supportive Space: Both deep trance healing and past life regression are gentle processes that unfold at your pace. You are in control of your experience, and we will only go as deep as you feel comfortable.
